1. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handmade and considered personal-use items, we do not accept returns on used candles, even if partially burned.

We do accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect items received

  • Defective wicks or containers

  • Severe cosmetic damage affecting use

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the form of:

  • Replacement product

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing your claim.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Candles damaged due to misuse (improper burn method, overburning, untrimmed wick, etc.)

  • Scent preference issues once the candle has been burned

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check with neighbors, building office, mailbox cluster, etc.

  • Wait 24–48 hours in case of carrier scanning delays.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
